The Bible says that HELL IS A PLACE OF TORMENT where the wicked will be punished forever for their sins. The Bible says...

"It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God." (Hebrews 10:21)

Here are just three quotes from the Bible about hell:

"But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the LAKE which burneth with FIRE and BRMISTONE: which is the second death." (Revelation 21:8)

"The smoke of their TORMENT ascendeth up for EVER AND EVER: and they have NO REST DAY NOR NIGHT." (Revelation 14:11)

On the day of judgement, Jesus himself will say to the wicked, "Depart from me, ye cursed, into EVERLASTING FIRE, prepared for the devil and his angels: . . ." (Matthew 25:41)
